Wicklow Mountains National park runs two Education Centres, at Glendalough and at Knocksink Wood Nature Reserve. Both offer free education programmes for visiting primary and secondary schools.
The Park is a popular recreational resource. However, restrictions may apply to certain activities due to conservation considerations.
The Park organises a series of free events for the public each year. Events range from special interest walks, such as tree identification walks, bat walks, wildflower walks, to a series of lectures, to family fun days for children.
