St. Kevin's Bed is a small cave in the cliffs on the south side of the Upper Lake in Glendalough. It is situated about 8 meters above the water and is not safely accessible. A viewing point is located on the Miners' Road. The cave, which is only about two meters deep and partly man-made, was reputedly a hermit retreat for St. Kevin and later for St. Laurence O'Toole.
